Plans change — we get it. This policy walks through how to cancel or reschedule a lesson and what fees may apply. When you book a lesson with Blizzard Sports Academy, you're agreeing to the terms below.
How to Cancel or Reschedule

Let your coach know directly, or message our BSA assistant on WeChat (WeChat ID: BSA2030) — the sooner the better.

We go by the time we receive your message, so the earlier you tell us, the lower the fee.

In a genuine emergency (illness, injury, or a family emergency), we offer a one-time free reschedule — just let us know as soon as you can.
Private Lessons (1-on-1, 1-on-2, etc.)

More than 3 days before the lesson — No charge

Within 3 days of the lesson — $50

Within 2 days of the lesson — $75

Within 1 day, but before the day of the lesson — $100

On the day of the lesson — Full lesson price (no refund)
6-Lesson Private Package

Packages never expire — take as long as you need to use all 6 lessons.

Refunds are available only within 3 months of purchase: we'll refund your unused lessons, and the lessons you've already taken are recalculated at the regular single-lesson rate.

After 3 months, packages are non-refundable, but your unused lessons never expire — you can keep using them or transfer them to someone else.
Group Lessons & Camps

More than 10 days before the lesson — No charge

Within 10 days of the lesson — 10%

Within 7 days of the lesson — 30%

Within 3 days of the lesson — 50%

No-Shows

If you miss a lesson without letting us know, it's charged at the full price. For group lessons and camps, a missed session can't be refunded or made up unless you've arranged it with us beforehand.
Late Arrivals

Lessons start and finish at their scheduled times, so getting there on time means a full lesson. If you're running late, give your coach a heads-up as soon as you can — they'll try to work with it where they can, though we can't always promise it. To make the most of your time, we'd suggest arriving about 30 minutes early to change and grab your rentals.
Weather & Cancellations

Big SNOW is indoors, so the weather outside won't affect your lesson. In the rare case that Big SNOW closes unexpectedly, or we have to cancel a lesson on our end, we'll arrange a reschedule or a full refund at no charge.
Refunds

When a refund applies, it goes back to your original payment method, usually within 3–7 business days. We'll deduct any cancellation fee first, and we'll process the refund once we've confirmed your request in writing.

Credit card processing fees aren't refundable — unless your lesson is canceled on our end or due to weather, in which case you'll receive a full refund, including the fee.
